Returns & Refunds Policy
We want your Christian gift to arrive as expected and feel right in the hand. This policy explains return requests, natural leather variation, damaged items, and refunds.


Returns and refunds at Christian Gifts USA
Effective date: May 28, 2026
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery for an unused, unaltered item in its original condition. To begin a return, email support@christiangiftsusa.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Products that have been personalized, engraved, marked, altered, or used are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit help for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
Natural full-grain leather
Our products are made from genuine full-grain cowhide. Natural grain, small surface character, tone variation, and the patina developed through handling are expected features of real leather. Natural variation alone is not a defect.
30-day return requests
Eligible unused and unaltered items can be reviewed within 30 days after delivery.
Defect review
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported with clear photos.

Please contact us before sending a return parcel so the request is handled correctly.
Return shipping and refunds
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error, damage, or a verified defect.
After an eligible return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing time at your bank or payment provider may vary after the refund is submitted.
