Returns and refunds

Every Christian Gifts USA order is placed and completed on Amazon or Etsy. Those
marketplaces process the payment, ship the parcel, and handle returns — so a return
is started in the same place you ordered, not here. That is the fastest route for you,
and it keeps your order protected by the marketplace’s own buyer guarantee.

If you ordered on Amazon

Open Your Orders in your Amazon account and choose Return or
replace items. Amazon fulfils and returns these orders directly, under Amazon’s
return policy — generally within 30 days of delivery. Amazon customer service handles
the request and issues the refund.

If you ordered on Etsy

Open Purchases and reviews in your Etsy account and select the
order. Our Etsy shop accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of
delivery for items in original, unused condition. Etsy guides the request and the
refund from there.

Damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered

Contact the marketplace you ordered from first — they can resolve it immediately
and are equipped to replace or refund. You are also welcome to write to us at
[email protected] so we know
about it; we read every message and it helps us fix the underlying problem.

A note on natural leather

Our pieces are cut from full-grain cowhide. Grain, tone, and small surface marks
vary from piece to piece — that is the material telling you it is real, not a fault.
Leather also darkens and softens with handling. Variation of this kind is not a defect,
though it is of course covered by the marketplace return window if the piece simply is
not right for you.

orders for a church or retreat — are always welcome at

tied to an existing order (refunds, replacements, tracking, address changes), the
marketplace holds your order and can act on it; we cannot.
