If a blank page feels daunting, start with one short sentence. These prompts are invitations, not rules; repeat the ones that meet you where you are.
- Today I am grateful for… Name one ordinary gift you might otherwise rush past.
- What I am carrying today is… Put the concern into simple, honest words.
- Please give me wisdom for… Bring one decision, relationship, or next step.
- I need courage to… Name the thing you are avoiding or the truth you need to live out.
- Help me love… Pray for a person who is easy or difficult to hold before God.
- Teach me to notice… Look back over the day for provision, kindness, or a small answer.
- What I want to remember is… Save one sentence, a Scripture reference, or a prayer you may return to.
Make the habit small enough to keep
