God of peace, my mind is loud today. The what-ifs crowd in, and I cannot quiet them on my own. So I bring each worry to You by name, and I leave them in Your hands — not because they are small, but because You are able. Steady my breathing. Slow my thoughts. A Prayer in Grief

God of all comfort, You know why I am here. The loss is real, and I will not pretend it is small. Stay close to me in it — closer than the ache. When the silence is heavy, be present in it. When the memories come, let them bring more warmth than pain, in time. I do not ask You to explain; I ask You to hold — me, and the one I miss, and everyone who loves them. Lord, I am tired in a way that sleep does not fix. Today asks more of me than I have. So I am not coming to You strong; I am coming honest.
